Representative
Purpose: Insure our customers feel that the car care service(s) they receive is personalized and superior.
Consistently provide good information to our customers;
educating and managing customers’ expectations and achieving
customer satisfaction.
1. Customer Service Reps:

Team player that upholds a high
standard of quality

Neat, clean and clean-cut
appearance, and being in appropriate uniform.

Report problems/complaints/compliments that arise to the
manager.

Has
an acute attention to detail.

Has
cash handling experience.

Has
customer service experience.

2. Responsibilities:

Treat each customer with respect and courtesy.

Maintain a professional, positive,
service-oriented attitude.

Know all Autawash services, their
benefits, and pricing
-
Insure a clean, pleasant and
presentable lobby
-
Must meet established Autawash
extra-service standards.
3. Job Duties:
Greet
each customer promptly, Evaluate the customer vehicle
needs, Recommend additional services, Provide
accurate estimates, Thank the Customer with a Smile
and Invite the customer to Return to AUTAWASH.
